Our Services

Athlete Development and Support
Helping the athlete grow to their potential with mentoring and guidance. Covering coaching, strength & conditioning, nutrition, recovery and mindset to ensure the athlete has all the tools they need to succeed.
Athlete Branding, Marketing and PR
Developing the athletes personal brand and helping them communicate and engage with fans. Delivering PR opportunities and helping to maximise the athletes reach whilst maintaining their core values.
Sponsorships, Brand Partnerships, and Contract negotiations/renewals
Aiding the athlete in contract renewals, NIL (name, image, likeness) licensing and contract negotiations, approaching new sponsors, building strong relationships with brands and finding perfect matches for brand partnerships.
Career Planning
Long term planning to help the athlete enjoy the current moment whilst creating the most stable future possible. Developing a strategy that can help set the athlete up for the life they desire.

The ESM Team Family is our roster of athletes we represent. They are athletes we have chosen to work with due to their potential and personality. This is the classic ‘management’ opportunity but with the benefit of our development strategies for ongoing support.
Industry Brands
Team Support
The Industry Brand Team Support opportunity allows brands to get extra help in developing and managing their sponsored riders. We work as consultants alongside your team managers to help your athletes maximise their value as a sponsored rider.
Individual
Paid Support
The Paid individual support is our ‘open to the public’ athlete development and management opportunities. It allows people to pay for the services the top level talent benefits from in order to help grow their opportunities.
